Florida Telecommunications Relay, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that distributes phones, speakers and other telecommunications devices to Floridians who are deaf, blind, speech-disabled or hard of hearing under the state's Specialized Telecommunications Equipment Distribution Program.
