Do not put your loved ones here. Horrible place. They ignore your phone calls, never give you updates on your loved ones, "lose" their clothes and valuables. And don't even get me started on what they did during lock down. This place should be closed. It's terrible.

This is a terrible place to live. New owners took over 2018. Budgets were slashed and all dept's are hurting because of it. Medical supplies, Medicine, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels,etc. run out constantly. Nursing and CNA's are great. Everything else stinks.

My mom is in Buckingham Valley for the last year and half. We as a family are extremely happy with the care she is getting. The staff there is very cari8ng, courteous and very friendly. Residents are taken care of very well. We are very happy that we brought our mom here. We highly recommend this facility.

Advice would be to thoroughly read the May/June state inspection of this facility. Sick, frail ,elderly people deserve excellent care.

DO NOT LET LOCAL HOSPITALS DUMP YOUR UNSUSPECTING FAMILY MEMBER IN THIS FACILITY. THIS PLACE WILL NOT HELP THEM RECOVER. CNA'S are not trained, and are not aware of what their job requires. Nurses are provided by outside agencies. Rooms are bleak , cluttered, and dirty. Food is not palatable. It is unclear who owns this facility. Administration is absent. Patients are frequently sent to the hospital without notifying family, or a reason given to transfer to hosp. Why do state inspectors overlook this facility
