Add an elderly relative there so we’re earlier years ago to I had to take out of the ERachel due to all the bruises on her. First of all please make sure there are licensed personnel in the house at all times and that they all speak English and understand the needs of your loved one. There were tile floors in the bathroom where my relative fell at least twice and I was never notified. Make sure the personnel know what they’re doing because sometimes they’re not even nursing assistants. Confirm what medications they are giving your relatives. Comfort in what type of food they are eating throughout the week. I found that they were feeding my relative soup and sandwiches a lot. If the patient has Alzheimer’s or dementia make sure that every door and window has alarms on it to alert the staff. All in all you have to be an advocate for your loved one at all times.
