Kindred Hospital - Westminster

My husband EDWIN SONG was transitioned from FV Hospital in a “Dire Stage and on Oxygen” back in February! He was nursed back to being able to feed himself now! During his 2.5 months stay there, I was able to observe why this Hospital received some “Bad Ratings!“✅Sometimes you really have to “Peel back The Onion” to clearly see the Whole picture! 1) The Nurses and CNA at (NURSE STATION-2E) were incredibly friendly very helpful and goes out of their way to accommodate! - Especially MICHIE (RN) SHELBY (RN) ANGELICA (LVN) REGINA(CNA) LUPE(CNA) MARTA (CNA)✔️However one of the (LVN) NAA was extremely abrasive and rude, when I simply asked for an extra blanket for my husband; and the 2nd time, I questioned why my husband wasn’t fed and it was 2:30pm; she wasn’t at all pleasant! She is always behind the NURSE STA and on the Computer! LING (RN) ignored my request 3 times when I asked to have my husband changed since he did a “big job” and the smell was very unpleasant! ✔️ Sometimes it’s the “1 or 2 Bad Apples” that desecrate your “Perfect Score!”2) MARCI HICKS & IRENE HERNZNDEZ(Case Manager) were extremely efficient and helpful in placing my husband at the MAIN PLACE POST ACUTE and my husband is happily settled there!3) JOSEPH TORRES (Advocate) was extremely courteous and helpful when my husband’s Cel Phone was lost amongst the Linens, and he was Most diligent in helping me get reimbursement for the lost phone!✅ Both my husband and I are very grateful to the Doctors ~ Dr.Patel, Dr. Sharma, Dr. Singh and the other Doctors as well! We appreciate so much all you did!✅ IT’S CRUCIAL THAT YOUR RATING SHOULD BE “UPGRADED FOR THE TRUE REFLECTION FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE! THANK YOU & MAY GOD BLESS YOU! Stella Song
