Nursing and CNA' s lousy for most part. Most have been let go from previous jobs. Quality of care sucks. Better care at funeral home after you have died from care at the hell hole. Been supposed to be discharged Jan 28 and due to stupidity of staff was not. Then promised Feb 12th and due to plain out laziness paperwork and discharge work not done. Then every couple days been some lame excuse. Did not even start trying to get TPN machine until a week ago when it snowed. Now this week, can' t find TPN still.or can't find a nurse. One lousy stupid excuse after another. Doctors can not understand what the hold up is. Excuses after excuses; got upset again this a.m. when told still another delay. Now they are withholding my ice chips. This place is hell on earth. If you hate your family member then stick them here. CNA and nurses will rough treat them for you. License should be pulled and medicare should stop all payments. Code Blue almost daily when certain staff members are working.This place needs to be shut down and I am going to use my notes to attempt to put an end to this rip off pretending to be medical care.
