Do not send your people Here. I was left in bed pan, for up to over hour and a half. With my call light on. I have kidney disease, they stopped giving me fresh water. Cause the nurses aids didn't want to bother with me to bed pan or to toilet. I was in isolation for almost 3 weeks. They almost killed me there. I went over three weeks not sleeping at night. They gave me a pill for high blood pressure. Made me take such pill. Stated I said I took at home. A big lie. When I got my rx bill from them. Looked up the pills forced on me. The blood pressure pill caused severe insomnia. I had that for three weeks. I probley sleep a whole ten hours there. I told every nurse that was my nurse. No one did a dam thing about it. I ended up with bed scores to my bottom. Also my right heel. This place throw me into kidney shut down. I told them I was on a low sodium diet. I wasn't getting a low sodium diet. They almost killed me. I was still in n wheel chair, not able to tend to my self. Due to a traxxillary fracture to my right leg. Every bone was fractured that attach your foot to my leg. Any way. It was so bad there. I HAD THE FRACTURED FOOT LEG AND SALMONELLA POISONING. A nurse named Jessica told me. I don't know why your here. I said what did you say. She said at your age why are you in A Nursing home. I said why are you saying that. Look at the mess I am in. I told her I am here cause I don't have no one to help me at home. Then she said oh I should if not said that. I said I was out of this place now. It took two days to get released. I TOLD THEM I put MYSELF HERE. Now I taking myself out.

Terrible place! They lie to family members about the patients progress and say they no longer have a very contagious intestinal infection when they still have it. They sent my brother home with this infection. They also said he could walk unassisted with a walker and he clearly couldn’t! Couldn’t get a straight answer out of anyone. Not a very friendly staff either which made it worse during this pandemic when family couldn’t visit.
