My friend has not been in this facility a month and suffered a sever fall, infection that spread that caused a hospital stay, not feed, and laid in soiled depends. Jer daughter took her out of this facility because when she visited her mom was incoherent and in poor health. This place need to be reported and have its license revoked.

If I could give a 'F' for failure I would. They are short staffed. Kept my moms foot bandage on for 7 days after having half her foot amputated, should have been changed in 2 days. Did not take her to or tell her she had a appt with the doctor who did the surgery, doctor office had to call us. There for almost 2 weeks and nobody offered to bathe her. Horrible facility.

I was admitted to this facility 3 days ago with a newly diagnosis of degenerative disc disease of my lower lumbar spine. My insurance company approved 20 days of inpatient physical and occupational therapy. So far I've had 1 therapy session which is acceptable. However, the facility itself is filthy (last night the only toilet in my room overflowed onto the floor and the issue wasn't reported until this morning. Raw sewage was left on the floor and I had to ask the staff 3 times to mop and disinfect the floor area. All they did was mop with tap water. I cannot wear shoes at this time so am hobbling around wearing socks.) I haven't witnessed any staff member wear protective gloves, not one. As far as medications prescribed by my doctor while at the hospital one of the medicines is a pain pill that I take every 6 hours. In the event of "breakthrough pain" I was prescribed a weaker medication which has been a life saver. Tonight I asked for that medication (tramadol) and the nurse stated she had to ask her supervisor for permission to dispense the tramadol. Two hours later I called her to see what was causing such a long delay. Her response was that she was unable to reach the supervisor. 8pm came which is the time I am to receive all of my nighttime meds, including the pain medication I've been taking upon receiving the degenerative disc disease diagnosis. I wasn't given any of my medication until 9:15pm (1 1/4 hours late) I demanded to speak to the charge nurse who never came. As far as the filth factor, my bed reeks of urine, the food is not cooked thoroughly and by the time it's delivered to me, it's no more than lukewarm. I'm at a loss as far as how to get out of here and/or who to call first. I have good insurance but unfortunately I presently cannot walk due to complete numbness of both feet below the knee as well as a fractured wrist due to a fall in an effort to stand. I am beyond frustrated and disgusted by the unsanitary conditions. Do not send your loved ones to this facility it is absolutely the worst place I could've been sent to.

PLEASE READ!! DO NOT take your loved one to this facility. They give their patients anti depressants and keep them sedated most of the time so they dont have to deal with them because of understaffing. A dear friends father was recently in this facility and had to be taken to the hospital. He was severely dehydrated, to the point his tongue was cracked and his kidneys were dry!!! They are understaffed. The CPA's pull medicine from their pockets and hand them out to the patients like candy and tell them to "just take it". WHO DOES THAT??? SOMEBODY PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS FACILITY!!!!
