Mom has been with The Woodlands in Farmville, VA. The billing department has not submitted the insurance papers, that have been FAXED three times from CUNA, MutualGroup insurance and investment , to the Woodlands in Farmville, VA. The Assessment nurse, who completed the required assessment for the insurance was submitted, late, but it is on record as being received. FAX, email, cell phones and the insurance company has still not received the: License number, brochure, W9, plan of care. What's up with that?

Negative attitude exhibited by some staff ruins any positive components. Doctors are unprepared and uninformed about individual patients. Some staff are disrespectful to residents. Positive elements are good food and therapy.

My aunt has assistance with her meals.and to get to the bathroom, etc. She told the staff that she had to go to the bathroom. The staff asked my aunt, "You have to go to the bathroom?". My aunt said, "Yes". The staff proceded to leave the room. That was 17 minutes ago & the call alarm is still beeping with other staff walking by.
