My mother sustained an injury to her leg and was admitted to this facility To say that my mother was completely neglected is an understatement this place is terrible I actually saw on a Sunday where they cleared the hallways to bring a dead body outside to the waiting funeral director this place is understaffed has aids and nurses that do not care about their patients you would be a fool to bring a loved one to this facility Patients constantly screaming for help from their rooms only for their cries for help to go unanswered

Terrible quality of service.I’ve seen patients go for days neglected and wind up sicker than when they were admitted.It’s hard to believe the help are healthcare workers. Not professionals. They give wrong meds.Slow and lazy. Unsanitary. No hygiene. Filthy. Unqualified staff. Negligence. Administration is even worse. Food is not fit for human consumption. Outdated food given to patients because they have dementia and do not know. This place should be closed down.

I would give zero if I could.It is very scary that these workers are in health care. They have no hygiene, no sanitizer, no gloves. They go from patient to patient without washing their hands or changing gloves. They administered another patient’s IV med to my loved one. They mix up urinals between patients. If the patient is unable to speak for himself, I’ve seen them decline.While I was visiting a family member, I saw his roommate not changed or fed for days. I saw another patient come in somewhat healthy and get discharged with pneumonia.The staff is not in any hurry to tend to anyone. This place is not recommended if the patient cannot stand up for himself or communicate. It is NOT recommended for anyone seriously ill or in need of intravenous meds. It is unsanitary and the care is unprofessional and some of the “nurses” qualifications are very questionable.

Again, I am posting another review. A resident called me at home expressing my mom lost consciousness and her head was in her food. The Nurse said I will check her breathing later. They put her in bed with urine soaked clothes. When I arrived she was in Respiratory distress. I called 911, she was admitted with Pneumonia and GI bleed

Please see my review on Yelp!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. In a nutshell, I think they all went to the Mommy Dearest School of Nursing, administration, Food Service. The reason for the high rating in U.S. News and World report, my guess is compared to the Nursing Homes, which 9 out of 10 do, are Horrific. Except for Jobe Haines, trying to move my loved one out. Oh, it says toured this community barely, the second time I went to Michelle she said I had a tour already, the first one was quick I was in a rush. so I wanted a second tour and told her I will be back. Horrible interpersonal Skills

Terrible place. Once private pay was exhausted, my mother's care declined to the point of almost no care. She died within a month of the switch to Medicaid due to negligence.On Sundays there is almost no staff to change diapers. To say the odor was disgusting is an understatement!

I removed my mother from this facility after she suffered for 5 months with a wound. The staff failed to keep her dry and turn her regularly. As a result, she needed to be seen at the Wound Care Center. Each time her wound healed it opened back up. Enough was enough, I brought her home! Her disposition and health improved dramatically! No more wounds, she was changed regularly throughout the day, instead of once when she was dressed in the morning and was not changed again until she was put in bed in the evening ...hence wound! She never needed pain meds instead of the daily 2x a day 625mg of tylenol and pain patches. She was no longer anxious, she returned to her talkative and pleasant personality that she once had. If you have to place your loved one here, check on them regularly! Don't be fooled, drop in late at night and on the weekends. Check to see if your loved one is going on trips or attended to at resident events. I wish I had never put my mom in this facility but am appreciative of the few aides that truly cared about my mom. If only there were more of them!
