The care received at this nursing facility was poorer than what a dog would receive at an animal shelter. First and foremost, It was beyond filthy!!! We have actual pictures of the bathroom that we complained about on several occasions to the staff and it took for a new hire to come clean up the bathroom. But the most disgusting and disturbing complaint that I have against this facility is that they wanted to get rid of my father in law and did so by sending him to the emergency room and then refused to except him back into the facility. They knew from day one that he was a Alzheimer’s patient and yet they excepted him into the facility. Regardless of the situation there is a right way and a wrong way to handle the situation in which every person in a nursing facility is giving 30 to 60 days to be relocated to a accommodating facility that can support there needs. My father in law was basically abandoned at the hospital by this place that is supposed to be taking care of him but instead they got the money and ditched the patient. It doesn’t even deserve one star but it wouldn’t let me post without giving them something.
