My mom has been with this company over 8 years now. she is bedridden and suffers from dementia. The caregivers are always on time and compassionate towards my mother's needs. The staff always establishes my needs whenever needed at any time. I wouldn't choose any other agency other than Actell Elderly Care Inc. I highly recommend this agency to those who need compassionate, caring, and friendly home health services.

my mother has been with this company over 8 years who suffers from dementia and is now bedridden. The staff has great caregivers that are patient and compassionate towards her. The company is always there for any questions or concerns at anytime of the day. I wouldn't choose any other company other than ACTELL Elderly Care. I highly recommend ACTELL to anyone who needs a home health agency.

They lie about the services they provide.They allow their employees to cook the books and claim hours worked yet none were.They allow Spanish only speaking employees to be with patients that only speak English.Their staff complain to the patients they serve about their pay, the distance they must travel to get to them and ask elderly patients for money and other forms of support and favors.When concerns are brought to their attention by their patients and the patient's family, all they do is deflect and blame the patient, saying it is all their fault.
