We got a knee scooter from them for my grandfathers ankle surgery. They did not tell us we were gonna be billed. I just happen to call the 800 number to get more info on a wheel chair. I was told by the guy on the phone that as long as the equipment is returned within 30 days we would NOT be billed. Luckily it had only been 3 weeks. We returned the knee scooter to the Salisbury location. The lady there confirmed it was within the 30 days and we would not be billed. A month later we received a bill for the full amount. After calling the 800 number again they proceeded to tell me they did not even bill insurance they just billed the full amount to my grandparents. DO NOT USE THEM WITHOUT FULL WARNING!!!!
