My daughter is a quadriplegic and lived here over a year. As time went on the care got worse. The place was very dirty, I cleaned her room myself several times. She ended up with head lice and bed bugs. The owner told everyone she was hallucinating and they believed her until she went to the hospital and all her possessions came to my house. I had to throw out most of her things as they were full of bed bugs. She had lost over 30 pounds in the last 6 months she was there.
