My aunt resides at this facility and has been a resident there for the past year. She is 89 years old and speaks very highly of the way she is treated and how good the staff is too her. I reside in New Jersey and unfortunately have not been to the establishment, but my aunt’s godson visited with her last year and also spoke of the cleanliness and how caring the staff was . He informed me that he was very impressed with the facility.I call my aunt two to three times weekly and all she talks about is how happy she is there, knowing she can’t live alone she would rather be no other place.I have had several phone conversations with Mary the owner who goes above and beyond to assist with and ultimately resolves any questions or concerns that I may have. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone considering putting their love ones in an assisted living facility in Altamonte Springs , Florida or the surrounding areas.I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and can’t afford to travel to Florida to care for my aunt however, knowing that she is happy and well cared for is a blessing.Thank you Mary and staff for taking such great care of my only living aunt.
