I dont know how the owner has a business. The lack of employee commitment to the clients is by far the worse ive ever seen. How can you expect 1 person to do everyones job.? If a employee calls in or is a no show you fire them. The inability to arrive on time to clients residency is inexcusable. The lack of professionalism other then 2 nurses has my wonder how this company can stay open.
