Chose Arbor Trace for our loved one because it looks pretty and clean. But the care is substandard and we had to worry for the safety of our loved one. It became a nightmare and I feel I need to warn others some of the staff seem too concerned about themselves and not about the residents. Please think twice before considering this nursing home.
