This place is not somewhere you would want to have your family member go to nor stay at. Staff members DO NOT respond to calls from patients using their buzzers. We just had our mother in the facility, and two nights in less than a week she was calling for help and not one staff member responded. Family came the next morning to find our mom in a bed of mess that was drying up already. The therapist that come to do the therapies are great, but other than that you will not get any service or care unless you sit bedside every day from 8am to 8pm, then you just need to hope nothing happens overnight.
