My mother was in there for 6 days for rehab. Within the first 3 hrs she was there they let her fall. By 10Pm she was in the ER. They called my dad the next morning when she was still in the Er! She was a fall risk. She was sent there to build her strength up and help her walk. She had been in the hospital 12 days and the hospital wanted her to have a short term rehab before sending her home. They let her lay flat if her back the whole time she was there other than the fall. They called my dad and said she had took a turn for the worse and did we just want to make her comfortable or call 911. Call 911 cause they are not a dr. They wouldn’t even tell us what window to go to to see my mother. They didn’t want us to see her head injury. I would not wish this nursing home on a dead dog. If there is anyway possible I will tell my moms story and keep people away from that place. Some of the other nursing homes are allowing visitors but they are not. It’s so no one can see how neglected the patients are. This place may look nice on the outside but it is way outdated on the inside! Even the staff has no heart! Very rude people. If you ask for my opinion those patients that are left there would be better off in jail or at a veterinarian hospital!
