If I could give it zero stars I would. One of the worst places to take a loved one for rehabilitation. They do not communicate to family members or POA what they are doing with the patient and give medication without consent or explanation of any meds they are asking consent for to POA. They make life decisions for the patients without notifying family members and the staff does not communicate with family members or POA about changes they make in patient care. The nurses stations are almost impossible to reach and there is no front office staff after 8pm to transfer calls or get information from. My mother was there 4 days and the social worker never was in contact with me even after I called and requested her to do so. They also had no care plan in place or attempted any discussion with me about her care. Needless to say I exited her out of there and will be looking for a better place.

Worst place to be my uncle were there now he is between life and death at hospital due to the lack of care at Bella vita he is fighting a septic shock.

One star bc i have no other choice. Its disgusting how the staff talk to the family and patient. They must of forgot the reason why they chose to be employed there. If you strongly dislike your family member send them here. If you LOVE your relative continue to research and look else where!
