Our relative was send there from the hospital. This place gets one star only because it is a warehouse for older people. At one visit. Our loved one was crying as she was so cold. Upon checking her, the entire bed was wet and cold. No one had come to help her use the bathroom. During them getting her up, we asked an assistant why she appeared confused. He twirled his finger around his ear as to insinuate she was crazy. After many complaints, it was determined she had a bladder infection. Confusion...not craziness..is a big symptom of this type of infection. The halls are full of dust bunnies, it is not adequately staffed with professional nurses and in one shower room it was literally full of equipment and again dirty and poorly lite. I asked about it and was told they had a different shower room to use but I could not be shown it. Please...DO NOT allow your loved on to go there. We took our relative out and put her in a 5 star nursing home. By day 3 she was sitting up and eating in the dining room!! Two weeks later she was going to Bingo laughing and enjoying herself. This is all true! Drop in unannounced and ask for a tour. See for your self.
