Brighton Towers Apartments

Building management is HORRIBLE Along with the security guard whom never see anything happen in or out the building while sitting watching the cameras POSSIBLY Don’t work Very Rude and pick and choose whom to ID never ask me for ID gave me a the building listing chart of all the tenants because I said I was looking for someone I came and went 4 times VERY UNSAFE for anyone’s living they don’t know what I could’ve did to someone that they never identify me at all Not first 2nd or 3rd time this happened I RATE Double000STARS

I worked there for a year and a month. I never fit in. I was all about helping the residents and getting new residents moved in. I was told I was a push over. Don't help the residents. Don't let them stand at the window and talk to you. Don't let people move in who smell or God forbid had problems. I fought and was fired. I loved my job. I'm sorry to all the residents I let down. I cared about you. I'm so sorry. Flag

I’ve lived here at Brighton Towers for 1 1/2 years. I wasn’t expecting to be impressed, but impressed I have been.The apartments are beautiful and the staff, both office and maintenance, have been top notch. I’ve never had to wait more than a few hours to have a problem (though rare) to be resolved. every corner of the lobby, community room, and hallways on every floor are kept incredibly clean at all times.A new security company has taken over and seem to be much better than the last.I’ve found that 99% of the residents here to be very friendly and a joy to be around. I have no complaints.

I know people at Brighton Towers and find it a welcoming warm atmosphere when I visit. I love seeing the people frequenting the community room and know that many activities are offered for church goers and game players as well as get togethers for food and fellowship and weekly shuttle service to grocery stores. It is lovely to walk down the hall and people are mostly friendly and helpful to visitors. I park in the parking lot and have been there at all hours and felt safe and comfortable. I don’t live there but have spent many years of visiting people there and think it is a wonderful place to live.

Place is a dump. Loaded with roaches and bed bugs. Nothing but drug dealers and hookers there. If your a drunk or drug addict you will love it.Elevators always broke and stairways wreak of urine and drug paraphernalia. Staff goes in apartments when you are not home. Maintenance worker SKIP is very shady and sneaky. Maintenance workers sell used furnishings including air conditioners taken out of other tenants apartments and deceased tenants. Where does that money go??? Not a yearly inspection, as they come in whenever they please for unnecessary reasons.Very unprofessional!!Is no longer senior living. Now considered affordable living, which is allowing trash to move in. Personal business and signing papers of recerts and leases at a guard desk in full view of other tenants. No private office to sit down and discuss your business.Packages delivered to your door are stolen including things taken off your door of decorations.Not safe to even come out of your apartment. Causing so much emotional stress on us seniors. Office staff is useless! Courtyard loaded with renters outside drinking and drugging and urinating in full view of other tenants having to see that! Sick of people begging for cigarettes, coffee etc!! Community lounges are filthy including hall carpets. Office staff never investigate where the problem tenants are. Cars are being broken into multiple times. Not safe walking to your car and have to ask someone to assist you in fear of getting attacked.False accusations and false accusing the wrong people without investigating the proper proof! Better living on the street than living at the Brighton Towers dump! Moved out before my lease was even up for my safety.
