Mom has been living at this facility for 3 1/2 years. I have been absolutely thrilled with the level of care. Any issues are immediately & effectively addressed & rectified. The facility is small enough that you get to know many of the residents by name. And the staff is comprised of some of the most caring people I have ever encountered. Mom has gained weight & thrived here. Most recently, she had to go to the ER & went through an illness. Brookdale Preston communicated everything every step of the way. They put my mind at ease & provided the absolute best care for Mom & now she is recovered. Every place has its ups & downs, but Brookdale Preston is mostly all ups. It may not be as glamourous as some facilities, but this place has that "homey" feel; just like everyone is welcome. I know Mom would not have done nearly as well anywhere else.
