This place is really nice. My mother lived there for a year before she passed last August. The staff was warm and caring and she was very well taken care of. She made lots of friends there and there were always plenty of activities to keep her entertained and engaged with other people. My only issue was that we had some mix ups and confusion around the billing after passed. They did their best to help us resolve it but it was frustrating at a difficult time. I would still recommend Brookdale. I think they have a very good system and they really do care about their residents.
