They charge a premium for services, but they don't pay staff enough ti retain them. Staffing shortages have lead them to cancel a number of served meals in the dining room since COVID. This is after they actually increased their fees.

Administrators of Brookdale need to rethink the priorities. Which is more important hot water for the residents or an outdoor kitchen? We are beginning our 3rd week with no hot water. Meanwhile the new outdoor kitchen sits there unused!
