Would love to leave a 0. No compassion or understanding for the residents with dementia. Highly disorganized- you have a MAYBE 20% chance of actually getting a human on the line if you call. You MAY get the receptionist, but definitely nit the staff. The discharge department never calls back. Even after my family member was released after the issue was forced, I still got calls days after- asking if I wanted to attend the meeting with “the resident” and team to plan their long term plan...
