I wish I would have taken pictures of this awful place each day I was there. My mom was there almost 2 weeks and even though she put on a brave face, every time I visited her I could see for myself the lack of TLC. I don't have a clue why there's so many mixed / GOOD reviews. I could never ever get an answer when I called, and it was pretty gross inside, trash and dirty walls, paint peeling. I guess if you don't know what to look for you can easily be caught up in their BS. Don't fall for it. At least around Christmas/ New Years time I know their staff were too busy and forgetful to provide any level of care to people who cannot get out of bed and I'm sure they take advantage of the ill minded who can't remember as sharp. The stories she came home with were awful, I know a lot was due to lack of staff at the time, the country was surging sick, but in this field it's literally Vital and life threatening to be more attentive and empathetic and physically there when you or your loved one need serious help. No sleep from hearing yells of "Help" all night. Plus it's discouraging and embarrassing to ask for help getting to the bathroom when they have rude remarks, whether it's just asking for help getting out of bed or changing your diaper, you can't win and it's depressing as hell

My mother was placed here for rehab after falling and breaking her hip. She was up and excercising with partial mobility very quickly. And they worked with her until she had full movement. Now my mother isn’t the nicest and is like a spitfire. She didn’t complain about the care , only about the food. Would recommend to family or friends.

I am a CNA , I have been in this field for many many years. I could no longer work and take care of my father. So I did some research and this place was fairly close to my house and my job. I was hesitant because of other people’s reviews. I went and put my father here and for the first few weeks I came every day. To make sure everything was done and he was taking care of and his needs were met. I am happy to say I have nothing bad to say about this facility. The staff are nice and respectful, my dad is always taken care and he has his favorite staff. They put me at ease with putting my dad in a facitilty. I go there every other day to maybe every two days.
