First let's start when you call them, they will cut you off and put you to a voice mail and if you get a live person there short with you. Overall office personnel are not trained well. The nurse is unorganized, no specimen cups to collect urine! She said she orders supplies for my client....only to never receive! Been lied to by the nurse over test results to when she is visiting. The bath aide! Let's discuss this. Only uses 2 washcloths! Complete bath no rinse water! I washed private areas before she arrived, just so I knew it got done properly! Pt is out of another facility. It doesn't work! They say they will show up at 12 and 5pm rolls around and they call you wanting to visit. Overall my experience has been unsatisfactory.

After being discharged from the Hospital in Elizabethtown for back surgery I went to stay with my daughter in Louisville.I came back home 3 days later and my nurse Kevin called me and told me that I was discharged and my local Caretenders would be coming on Friday. In the afternoon I called my local office to see why they didn't show up and they said that I hadn't been discharged yet.They made the call to get me discharged, after 90 minutes I still hadn't heard from them.I called the office in Louisville and it had been done for some time but they didn't have the common sense to call and tell them.I had to ask them to make the call.Now I have to wait another day before I can get my wound checked and it really makes me mad that such a big company dropped the ball in a major way.If I find out my wound is infected I may seek legal council because you shouldn't treat a patient like that.
