I'm giving them three stars ONLY because of the care the nurses provide to my mom. The nurses are really good about coming regularly and consistently. Unfortunatley though, the person who is 'supposed' to come give my mom bed-baths twice a week is more often a no-show than showing up. Secondly, the communication between staff is a dismal failure. I've lost count about how many times I've called in to leave a message with someone and find out later the person never got the message.I've also left messages to speak with a particular person and never hear back from them. So, all in all, if it weren't for the care the nurses provide, I would probably be giving this company only 1 star, and even that would be generous.
