I called about placement for my mom, the first week of June. I spoke with Holly, was told be her someone would call my in a couple of days, no one did, so I waited and called again and asked to speak to Holly. I was told she was on another phone and would call me back, well it most be a very long call because it is now Sunday the 14th, and no returned call. I am hoping that this is not how their residents are treated by staff. It is so unprofessional on her part that this place could be amazing, but by her lack of professionalism, just shows it is not.
