My cousin resided at CCM for 3 years. The family has only glowing reviews for this facility. The staff and owner do an excellent job ensuring the health, welfare, happiness, and comfort of the residents. The facility has had many upgrades over the past year or two and is a very safe and pleasant environment for the elderly. Wheelchair-bound residents are well-attended. Residents are well-fed and kept clean. Food is good and cooked on site. Holidays and special occasions are celebrated. I am looking forward to spending my final years here!

Our mother spent the last two months of her life at Country Care Manor. Our family is most grateful for the genuine love she received and the caring staff. Her room was always spotless and she was kept clean and well groomed. The staff communicated with each other to promptly address any questions we had and always kept us informed between visits. Our sincere thanks and appreciation are extended to this home.

My father in law is in this facility and our family has NOT one thing bad to say about staff, facility, owner or food. This place is beyond clean and the resident's are loved and well cared for. I don't even think the owner smokes and does it really matter or is it anyone's business. When my family went looking for a PCH we toured a lot of ones from around the area and from what I understand is this place has struggled to come out of a bad reputation and hats off to the young lady that purchased this place!!!!!. Hard work and dedication by the NEW owner and NEW employees has paid off.

Country care manor is a horrible place to put your loved one. 1st off the place is dirty and smells like cigarette smoke. 2nd the workers are rude and do not show any professionalism what so ever. 3rd the owner karen is a con! She will lie and lie to make you think everything is under control. And she'll only tell you what you want to hear. She smokes in her office and lies about it. Karen has even admitted that she has no previous experience with health care being a former sales rep. She doesn't care about the patients, she merely wants to sell you the place that she offers to get your money. When I was visiting one of the workers said that Karen hired her boyfriend who's only experience was taking care of his grandma for a little bit. Karen can't be trusted. I have previously helped my mom with taking care of my grandma and have studied and learn various things in the medical field and I know what kind of care my grandma should be getting. She was in country care manor and she did not receive the care she required. We actually had to remove her from this place with an ambulance because she had contracted an infection since she was not cared for and bathed properly! She wasn't bathed regularly at all. For those of you who have family in this place, I hope you don't leave them there. I would hope you'll read this warning and find another place for them. Our elderly lived lives just like us, they worked even harder than most of us today! They deserve to be well cared for and respected.. for those of you contemplating this place for your loved ones, please don't choose this place.
