These apartments are income based but are still over priced. Work orders take 3 or more days to complete...intense black mold on window frames....dumpster over loaded constantly and a revolving office door due to inability to maintain office staff!! These are just SOME of the issues here. There is a waiting list here so try try to find somewhere they care about the tenants..definitely not here!!!

It is a nice place but if anything is wrong with the apartment be prepared to fix it on your own. My grandmas been living there and a drawer messed up. She reported it and it never got fixed and its been over a year now. She also has a door that doesn't properly shut you have to lift it to close. Then the front door unless you hold it as it shuts it accidentally slams as if someone's angry but they are not.. I wouldn't recommend this place.
