The absolute worst care facility there is in MN. The state needs to shut them down. Smells like urine and feces everywhere- not enough staff to properly care for the patients. And the staff that are there truly do not care. Have never seen the owners and noticed staff don’t follow the mask mandates during our COVID crisis.
