It's awful that they took phones from rooms. They opened up to let 2 visitors in however I came to visit during visiting hours at 5 pm and couldn't get in. No one at the desk to let anyone in the locked door. My family member didn't get his CPAP on first night even though I discussed with the night nurse the importance of it. The place is minimally staffed. The facility is not as nice as previous. The night weekend aid does great work by herself. Rehab patients are seemingly not in any particular location. My family member's room is off the beaten path in the nursing home section where the very ill patients are located
