Forest Haven Nursing and Rehab Center

What an awesome place! This is one of the cleanest, most professional homes I have EVER seen or been in! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They truly care about residents and will listen to your concerns any time of the day! I highly recommend this home for any senior!

My mother in law was recently cared for in this facility. She received amazing care. The staff was very kind and caring. We could not have asked for better customer service. The administrative staff were prompt in dealing with the only minor concern that we had. We could not have cared for her better ourselves. If we ever need nursing home services again, we will DEFINETLY use Forest Haven

My husband's grandmother was in this facility twice, once for skilled care with therapy and again due to she couldn't take care of herself at home. Each time she received excellent care by staff. The facility is very clean and recently remodeled. The staff and therapy department are caring and friendly. Administration is very quick to handle any concerns you may have about the care your family member receives.

I received care here after my car accident. My aides were very attentive, nurses caring and compassionate and therapy got me back on my feet again. Would recommend for anyone who needs care for themselves or family.

I had an aunt at Forest Haven with end stage cancer. She has passed away, but the care and concern received from the staff during this difficult time was outstanding. My aunt was very well cared for and made as comfortable as she could possibly be made by the staff. The CNA staff were absolutely amazing. My family was made comfortable as well. The care shown to us by this facility was heartfelt and sincere. There was nothing that was needed that was not provided.

My father was at Forest Haven until his death from cancer. The staff at the nursing home took great care of my dad and our entire family. The aides were very compassionate and very gentle with him during his times of pain. We could not have asked for better service anywhere.

I would not recommend this facility unless you are able to visit your loved one daily to make sure that he/she is receiving necessary attention.
