Fox Run is still a terrific facility. Mom has lived here for some time now and things have gone great. Not a single complaint.

This used to be a terrific facility in all regards. Over the past year or two, there is a decline in the reliability of services. Dining room food and service is now slow-entire meal before my Dad could get decaf coffee despite asking 6 different people going by. Food not as good-small portions, cold when it arrives. Most alarmingly, the medications we pay to get packed and delivered to my Dad did not arrive. He happened to mention he ran out when we called him. He has memory problems so thank God he said something. He uses a walker. Waiting and waiting to be seated as the addition of new buildings for residences and no expansion of other areas (staff, kitchen, dining, etc.) has taxed the space and service people is noticeable. Just got an increase which really adds to our irritation. Mostly we want him to be comfortable and safe and we no longer feel confident.
