TERRIBLE NURSING HOME! DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. THEY WILL LITERALLY NOT BE CARED FOR. THE STAFF HAS NO COMPASSION. NOR DO THEY PAY ATTENTION TO THE PATIENTS. ALL THE STAFF DOES IS TALK ON THE PHONE, GO OFF AND EAT SOMEWHERE AND ARE NEVER AT THE STATION WHEN NEEDED. OH PRESS THE CALL BUTTON FOR HELP YOU SAY?! YEAH RIGHT ITS LIKE CALLING A BRICK WALL. THE PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. THE FOOD FOR THE PATIENTS IS TRASH, AND IT GOES AGAINST DIETARY RESTRICTIONS FOR SOME TO MOST OF THE PATIENTS THERE, I'M SURE OF IT. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY AND NOT THE PEOPLE WHO ARE THERE TO LIVE OR BE REHABILITATED. THERE IS NOTHING POSITIVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE, IF YOU CAN, YOU NEED TO STAY FAR AWAY. I PROMISE YOU, THIS IS NOT WHERE YOU WANT ANYONE YOU LOVE OR YOURSELF TO BE FOR ANY REASON.

Worst place ever! Don’t send your love one here! My family member ended up in the hospital in ICU in a coma because of this nursing home. Lack of medications for 4 days is called neglect. The nurses failed to give the medications when supposed to. “Someone wasn’t doing their job.” My family member had a serious disease which depended on meds every day to stay alive. The E.R after testing ect. told the family that meds weren’t in the body and was severely dehydrated for days.. which led to cardiac arrest. Then, that’s when the whole process begin after E.R brought our family member back to life at the hospital. My love one was in ICU for two months going through pain and suffering until my family member died. Even the pharmacy that delivers the medications to my love one at the nursing home told us that the nursing home haven’t called in the meds for our love one before the incident. We called the pharmacy again four days after to ask questions . Pharmacy said, the nursing home had called two days ago requesting the medications. Our love one was already in ICU for days and the nursing home knew that. Why would the nursing home request medications to be sent to the nursing home for a patient when they knew what happened, and the patient is in the hospital for days in a coma. Doesn’t make any sense! More like a cover up by the nursing home I say.. Our family tried to get in touch with the case management of nursing home for days leaving messages after messages but no call was returned to us. We went personally to speak to case management and they (front desk) kept telling us he wasn’t there. We went for days to try to speak to management and the same thing was said to us. I can go and say more but is to much to say.. So, If your going to put your love one in this place, please go visit your family every day or stay in touch every day. That’s how you will know how they treat your love one every day..

I am a resident who is celebrating his 72nd birthday today and his 6 year anniversary here.A someone said it seams they do hire school grads,dropouts as aids here.They provide poor services.They come to work prepared to eat,not work or maybe sleep.Anyone needing help is completely ignored.The nurses are nothing but pill pushers.If its not on their computers they cant do it.Max pain relief is Tylenol.Lets not forget the food(I wish we could).Who ever trains the people should be forced to switch places with residents.Things don't look like they going to change for the good soon.5 star my a__.

this is the worst place to send your loved ones there is never a nurse available. The floors are filthy and the rooms are just as nasty. I seen roaches crawling all over and all over his food that's left in his room for days. My loved one was always wearing a dirty gown for 3 days and they never changed it until I said something. I can go on but I wont just please think about it before sending your family member there.

I am so grateful for the care my grandmother received during her rehabilitation stay. All of the nursing staff not only treated her kindly but our entire family. Thank you for everything!

My mom is there right now and this is her frist time there she been there for 8 days now and they already treat her sooo badly and I go see my mom one time a week every time I go visit my mom the hallways smell like pee and they don't mop the floors with bleach or pine sauce they place smell like crap and I watch the nurse not have one any golves when they was serveding the food to the poeple that stay there and the poeple that work there is very mean and disrespectful this place needs to be shut down and I don't like at all I can't wait to get my mom out this place but before I do I am going to call the health inspectors and channel 8 and 5 news and let them know how this place is this is crazy the manager don't care at all this place is not clean on the outside it's beautiful clean but the inside it's drity and needs to be cleaned if I was to work there I will have every thing in line and every floor would be clean but I don't know the poeple that work there is so rude and un clean and they don't use golves this place needs to have a big meeting cause this is very very horrible.

PLEASE, IF YOU HAVE ANY LOVE FOR A RELATIVE, DON'T SEND THEM THERE. I STAYED THERE FOR MAYBE 2 MONTHS. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. POOR NURSE CARE!! OMG!! NURSES NEVER AT THEIR STATIONS, HAD TO PAINFULLY WALK TO FIND ONE, WENT ROOM, TO ROOM TO TRY AND FIND ONE, NO LUCK!! IF YOU HAVE A WOUND, FORGET ABOUT IT!! ONLY 20 PERCENT NURSES EVER DID WOUND TREATMENT, HAD TO WALK THEM THROUGH STEPS MYSELF!! A FEW GOOD AIDS, SOME I'VE SEEN EAT RESIDENTS FOOD!! KITCHEN, BREAKFAST. TOP, OR BOTTOM OF MUFFIN ONLY!! ONE EGG, SMALL BOX OF CHERRIOS, COFFEE WITH GRAINS, RUN OUT OF FOOD ON WEEKENDS. PEEPED IN KITCHEN DOOR, AFTER DIETARY SUPERVISOR LEFT, NEXT DHIFT EMPLOYEES, EATING HAMBURGERS, BIGGER THAN A WOPPER!! NO WONDER THEY RUN OUT OF FOOD!! I HAVE WORKED, AD AN AID IN HOSPITALS, NURSING HOMES, AND VA'S. WORST PLACE I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. RUN, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. IF YOU ENJOY BEING ANGRY, THEN IT'S THE PERFECT PLACE. RUN!!! NO JOKE!!
