My dad has been at this community for over 2 years. All the staff have consistantly cared for my dad with respect and compassion. His clothes are always very clean. The care workers always communicated with us about any health incident that happens. The meals are very delicious and balanced. There have been no issues with safety.

I wish that I could give it zero stars. As someone who is in the medical field it is unconscious able to practice "care" in the way they see fit. Most of the aids are not properly trained, do not have clear expectations of what they are supposed to do. The manager Denise not able to stay on top of who needs help when, often times I went without any help because Denise is so disorganized that she can keep track of anything. She has lied to me on numerous times and one of their nursing assistants stole pain medications from me and one asked me for money on a regular basis
