All I can continue to say, is that IF the NP in charge of that place, as well as the facility secretary and LVN *****, are still employed, the state will insure nothing like what happened to me, will EVER happen again. IF these people are still not only licensed, but employed, I will not quit until proper action is taken to insure no one will ever be put at risk like that, ever again. Illegally sedating your patient to keep them quiet IMMEDIATELY prior to state investigation is so highly illegal and immoral that everyone that was a part of this "conduct" and is still employed there, look out as I am not stopping until guilt is admitted. That includes ***** and the facility NP and secretary as everyone of you know damn well what happened to me there. ***** PS- for all of the kind and decent staff there, who had NOTHING to do with my pathetic level of care, I AM SO SORRY as you were really decent people, staff such as ***** and others who were completely innocent and had nothing to do with the acts of only a few, maybe only 3 to 4 individuals, but I will also state very clearly, until you people surrender your licenses until you are held accountable for not only your acts, but you are retrained and held to a higher moral and ethical standard, then I will be ok. Now that the BAD STAFF are gone, I am pretty sure that the care will improve. No more invasions of privacy, back to American style HEALTHCARE. Those of us who served our Country now feel that we are being managed in a safer and more effective "mode". The person (nurse practitioner) who is sedating patients illegally can now longer get away with this kind of improper behavior and patients will be safer. This gives me faith in the Government as well as the agencies intended to protect us. I am very proud of Democracy at this moment and I just hope that the good staff who did NOT COMMIT and of these putrid violations still remain employed. I can remember many staff such as Heidi as well as more who were wonderful nurses and staff but the ones who were not I certainly hope will not be taking care of ANY patients ANYTIME soon as they need to get their priorities in order so patients will be safe- THANK YOU GOVERNOR WALTZ AND MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES FOR DOING YOUR JOBS. tpg
