I do not recommend using this service. They cannot meet the schedules that they set. There are many mix ups. When you call to let them know the time an appointment was set up they tell you that’s not true. They don’t even have approval from the doctor and show up late and put out the doctor and his office staff as well as the family member. They have no consideration for peoples time. They don’t seem to be concerned about any of it when speaking to the supervisor. I suggest having all information and approvals in order before scheduling an appointment with a family member to meet them there.
