My father was admitted for a stroke. He was in some pain and agony. He use to cry. No staff were available when he needed help. My mom was there day and night if she wasen't there who knows. The staff took him to go to the bathroom and he kept calling and the 2 staff members were outside the door and was ignoring my dad so he tried to get up himself and fell getting scraped and bruised. right after that the head nurse and doctors came rushing in I give the rating of no stars.

If I could do zero stars, I would! do not send your loved ones here! Every time we visit (which is daily), our Mother is in a terrible state. Laying in her own feces. Feces is crusted under her fingernails from clawing at herself because it burns. Her blood sugars are constantly out of whack and they have no idea what her most recent test was. which tells me that they aren't testing her blood frequently enough. The staff is more concerned with gossip than taking care of their patients.
