Granbury Villa

Management is atrocious. They are all about money and not the care of the residents. Director Kevin Wilmeth lied to us saying we would get a private room however when we got there with my dad we were put in a tiny room with another resident . When we tried to talk to him he would not listen to anything we had to say and yelled at us saying we misunderstood. There was not enough staff . Most of the staff cares more about playing on their phone than the residents. The food was horrible . I transferred him to trinity mission.

They claim they are a skilled, full service nursing home, but they do not provide special diets for diabetics or heart patients. They are not equipped to care for dementia or Alzheimer's patients although they claim they are. We were told the doctor would see resident every other week, but our family members was seen the day of admission and has not been seen since.(over 3 months) We have, however, received EOB's showing charges for the doctor.
