I'm a retired aerospace quality engineer so I have good experience of things that should be done or not in various situations. My situation is 5 heart attacks since Nov.1 5 weeks total in a hospital result a defibulator/pace maker put in my chest. Immediatly contracting covid pneumonia for another 5 weeks.Good points:1st they feed you very good . Now there were 3 times out of a two week stay that I wouldn't feed what was presented as a meal to my dogs.2nd they check your blood pressure and blood suger constantly.3rd clean rooms and excellent heater/air conditioner.Cons:1st After having 5 heart attacks in 5 weeks the most important drug they should have been giving me is amiodarone. Not until day before going home was that discovered. The defibulator/pacemaker the hospital put in me does not stop me from having a heart attack and dieing. The drug they missed has shown for several years stops the abnormal deadly rhythm. Important? To me not dieing is very important!2nd yes I've called the front office well over 150 times in 15 minutes to discuss paperwork with admins. Nobody would answer.3rd two of the receptionists who I never met should be replaced due to ineptitude. In conclusion:5 nurses there bust their hump everytime I saw them on shift. Marie, Kate, Tony, Marsha and Amber. There may be others, but in my opinion the rest need closer training.
