Hearthstone Health and Rehabilitation

Normally a very positive person, after a few days in the memory unit, my mom was utterly depressed and not eating. She said the food was not good and she was pleading for me to get her out! Avoid if you can. Communication there isn't great either. Below par to put it mildly.

Terrible place. My daughter's stepfather was there and was terribly neglected. He almost died lastnight due to low sugar and low potassium. His wife tried for 4 hours to get someone to check on him. They kept saying they couldn't tell her anything when she has medical power of attorney. Don't trust them.

The care is deplorable, staff speaks broken English, assessments are falsely documented. I will never forgive myself for my father being here. He has declined at a rapid rate due to negligence
