You would be better off leaving your loved one on the street. Aides that cuss and are bossy. Can not get ice water to save your life! Call lights may or may not be answered after 45 minutes or longer. Med errors have been routine for my loved one, not acceptable. Asking the higher ups for help proved pointless. Very unhappy frontline staff who are way to eager to share their problems with the company with the residents. Nursing charting that they performed tasks that they didn't do. Likewise aides not charting bowel movements etc causing unneccessary meds to be given. Nurses giving meds to the aides to give to resident, then having to ask resident what they were given because they can not recall, highly unacceptable
