Do NOT recommend. We used Home Bound to come in and clean once/week for my parents (one with dementia). They preferred to come in and visit with my parents instead of clean. When we complained to the administrator, they just blew us off. It took my sisters and I two hours to go in and clean their house b/c they had not done their job. Very disappointed.
