I tried to patient wait on an adult to help around my house. I feel it is a very simple job. Well they kept sending kids that spent more time trying to not do the job which in my humble opinion makes for a really day. Finally my perfect match was found, all of a sudden she was of a higher pay grade. After speaking with the owner Cassie she allowed her to come back only to put me last on her list, expecting her to come to my house after 9pm. My last straw with them is when she sent what I like to call Shaniva, Shanice and Shanaynay. This young lady mopped my bathroom with the rug still in place. Did not clean else. I said clean my kitchen she ran the mop over that floor. Left dishes in the sink and pans on the stove. Being that I had already signed her time sheet she was gone. Call the office spoke with owner Cassie who not only did she defend this housekeeper she try to chastise me by asking if I thought it professional to hangup on her staff...I have 2 statements!! 1.I don't work for you!! 2. Attitude reflects leadership...Not deserving of 1 star
