Terrible company send care givers that are incompetent. They show up and sit on their butts. They falsify there plan of care. The office staff do not fulfill their agreements.

I wish it was an option to give them less than one star. No stars would be more accurate. This company is Unprofessional, rude, belittling, unreliable, inconsiderate and inconsistent with all aspects of their program. Office workers and aids alike. If you're looking for care for yourself or a loved one, i highly suggest going elsewhere for help with in home care. I can't even really describe how terrible they really are... the workers won't show up on time, if they even come at all. They require no experience to work there, so chances are, your aide won't know how to do much of anything. Oh, and did I mention the issues of aides talking about drugs, displaying signs of drug use, and in more than one instance talking about how they're still on/off drugs and partying all the time. No wonder their workers can't seem to show up on time.. there's no consistent drug screening/ overall monitoring of the aides to verify that they are safe to be working with vulnerable people who in most cases can't stand up for themselves! How absolutely disgusting. When reaching out to the office for help with your issues won't help, because they will give you the run around every single chance you get, all while making you feel bad for wanting them to do the job they're being paid to do. Simply put THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE NEEDS OF THEIR PATIENTS ONE BIT OR MAKING SURE THOSE NEEDS ARE MET!! Worst part is that the government is paying them to neglect the people they have been payed to help!! -left anonymously for fear of retaliation. Everything above is my true honest experience and my only hope is that I save at least one person from the abuse that Home Helpers labels as 'care'. It's hard enough to come to terms with the fact you need help to live, but to swallow your pride and hire a company to help you and then they treat you like trash-is a wound I'm not sure will ever heal. Save yourself, save your loved ones, spread the word about how this company treats its patients and save as many people as you can. No one should ever be treated the way they're treating people. I hope and pray that when the people who work here read this review, the feel guilty and change their ways moving forward; or may the Lord have mercy on their souls.
