My friend has been in rehab here for over two weeks, the food is always cold,I reported roaches and was told maintainance would come and take care of problem which they never did. I placed call to social worker and was never called back, phones aren’t answered when you call. My friend was not given proper meds. Some aides screamed at my friend when he ask for help! Some of the staff is excellent. Nurse Crystal and Ms T are super. Therapist are great except one. She came in to do therapy on him and because she had to help with a water spill, she told him it would take up his therapy time so he had no therapy that day. This is unexceptable!!!! Look for another place for your loved one please. He’s Jewish and doesn’t eat pork, ham, cheese. Almost everyday he gets that so I’m taking food to him. Dinner is served at 7 pm. Too late for the elderly.

Had a family member that was dying. Tried calling 9 times that day and could not get an answer on his condition. The 10 call finally got an answer. He was probably going to die in a few minutes. Got a call 10 minutes later he died.Called to get his belongings, left messages for 3 days, finally stopped by the place and would be ready next day. Came to pick up and had to wait more than 30 minutes. Would never use this place again for a loved one,

The obstacles to prevent family contact with a patient is arbitrary and unreasonable Nurses who cannot be reached by phone. No updates ever provided to show any improvement or decline in a patient. No access to patient's room to monitor quality. It seems designed to protect mediocre service and care. No transparency. Once a week visit for 30 minutes while monitored by a staff attendant. This visit is only available when staff feels so inclined to allow a visit.
