This whole agency is a mess. Takes forever to get started. When you call to request services, Nobody calls your Dr for orders to start and they also do tell you that you will need to.If your lucky you will get 12hrs notice of a upcoming visit. Usually the call will come the day of visits. If you don't get to the phone fast enough the employee will cancel your visit and are allowed to cancel your visits for THE WHOLE WEEK! We lost a visit with the PCA this week because she said none answered the phone. However we have no record of a unknown phone number on our caller ID nor is there a VM on the answering machine. Often the DON does not return calls and if she does she is very condescending and Borders on just plain rude. When you are up for recertification it can take weeks. Their Continuity of Care has much to be desired. I would suggest NOT using this agency for your loved one.

2 is for starters! Home 1 wk from hospital. 2 assessments made by company: nurse & pt. No one scheduled to provide pt services & no scheduled dt according to service rep via phone.Too phone staff played game of what's your problem when they had neglectful records in front of them considering changing provider. Would not recommend service at this point.

My husband had a theorists the first visit ask him if we was sleeping together, in front of the social worker and me as a witness. Is our house paid off, how long we been married and so on and are we sleeping together. . I was in shock and with him being so sick I was thinking about him then her friend came to the next visit and ask the same questions that is when I discover they are really good friends. The first one I filed a complaint about her when all she wanted to do is get him to herself. She is sick. Her friend was told by supervisor not to ask questions anymore or she want be coming. Everything was quite until she pop up no appts just walk in, then I was on the phone to electric company when she was asking him about our move, how big is it, does it have a shower or tub , you can't have a tub . why are you putting a tv in a bedroom. These two ladies are noisy busy bodies and still didn't get fired. The other ladies that came for different areas to help him was nice as can be .
