Outstanding! From the moment you walk through the front door there is nothing but professionalism and kindness. Entering a nursing facility is scary yet never felt that here. The facility is beautiful & spotless. The rooms are big & airy more like a hotel than a nursing home. The staff incredible actually more than incredible. If you have to be in a facility this is where you or a loved one want to beA big thank you to the entire staff

My Dad was a patient at this facility and we found it disappointing. The most serious offense is lack of communications from management. My Mom left numerous important messages for Rehab director with request for call back. Not once did she return a call. Totally unprofessional. The staff is hit or miss. I agree with previous poster that some staff have a extremely poor attitude towards patients. We would not recommend this facility. If they can not respond to calls or train their staff to at the minimum to be civil pick another rehab. Wake up King Street you have some items to address.

I would like to say both my husband and I were in king street rehab. We both found the medical staff, aids, recreation people very pleasant and supportive. These times with covid have placed a lot of stress on many people especially patients. However I know and trust all the personnel at king street rehab are following all the correct protocols. People need to recognize that. Some people in this world can never be pleased. I wish everyone safety in these times and stay calm. King street rehab is the best place to be now They are and have been working for their patients total safety.

No stars. I am so sad that my Mother is here. The aids have the worst attitudes. They act like they dislike the patients and for no reason. The care is below sub par. I need to get her out of here ASAP. Do not go near this place. It may look nice but the care is terrible.

at first day it is fine.place is clean and beautiful.on second day get a visit from business office said it needs a check from us for the 20% medicare copay which is 172 dollars a day.and told us needs a check tomorrow.also aide ask us the bring diaper which is kind of unusual.most upset is this ask a check the second day altitude also is not friendly it upset us.

It was a horrible experience to see the Nurses Aids providing minimal care to my father. We finally hired a private duty companion who helped provide adequate care. My father received excellent PT and OT care, though. There were many "invisible rules" , for family visitors- no sitting in front lobby, no entrance to patient room if care is being provided to room mate, no entrance to dining area, no entrance to rehab area.
